108 is a lot better than 109!! I saw a significant increase in score between the two. I thought 108 was way harder and scored around where you did on it. The questions are way too easy compared to the real thing. The real test is also unlike comsae because the comsae has super short stems whereas the real test has way longer stems. They sometimes bury the info in like a page long block of text. IMO, the COMSAE's are a total waste of $50. I've seen (anecdotal) reports of people who got 100+ points higher on the real deal than the COMSAE they took right before the exam. Unless someone's forcing you to take the practice test, I'd just stick with Comquest. And in my case i scored like 100 points LOWER on my actual comlex vs comsae.Comquest 247 question random, timed test: 72%, 652 predicted. Actual LEVEL 2 score: 610. COMATs ranged from 90 (OMM)- 110. Dedicated for 4 weeks, averaged 80-100 questions per day. Used first aid and Boards and Beyond (only for neuro, GI). Never used Anki. Relied heavily on practice questions and answer explanations.ASA 108, 109, 110 have 176Qs each. They removed 24Qs from 101b-105b and made 2 WelCOM Catalyst phase 1 with explanations and the "new" 108-110. So essentially 108,109,110 are "b's" with less Q. If you had to choose one from "b's" then I agree with the other comments 104b would be the one..
